Matt Ajdaharian
Matt Ajdaharian is the founder of AJD Real Estate and a Butler University alumnus with a passion for real estate and entrepreneurship. Deeply rooted in Indianapolis, Matt has built AJD around a simple idea: give property owners and investors one trusted partner for real estate, property management, and construction. His hands-on experience across each side of the business allows him to approach properties from both an ownership and investment perspective. Matt is focused on building lasting relationships while helping clients operate, improve, and grow their real estate portfolios.

After graduating with a film and media degree Grant uses his education to extend the audience of AJD Real Estate. From videography to web development Grant works to find innovative ways to reach new clients.

With a background in journalism and an MBA, Cooper brings strong communication and business skills to the real estate world. Focused on helping homebuyers and investors, Cooper is passionate about improving housing and livability in his hometown. A big sports fan and avid golfer, Cooper brings energy and dedication to both work and play.

Jack Schilling is a Leasing Representative and Broker with AJD Real Estate, helping clients navigate leasing, buying, selling, and investing in residential real estate. He brings strong communication, attention to detail, and a client-first approach to every transaction. Jack earned his MBA from Butler University, giving him a strong business foundation that complements his real estate experience. He is committed to making the process straightforward, responsive, and stress-free for every client he works with.
